The consortium intents to provide insights for junior faculty in the increasingly challenging academic environment focuses on strategies for building a career and increasing impact as a scholar and teacher. That will be also an opportunity for junior faculty to get experience research papers or specific research projects from speaker. The speakers will provide first-hand and detail information about how to build a successful academic career in a range of different institutional settings. Participants will also learn about strategies how to get published in top journals. Furthermore, participants can be aware academic innovation and social impact.
