Confirmation Letters & Receipt

Confirmation Letter of Sign Up:
Once completing the basic information on online registration system, the Secretariat will send you the Confirmation Letter of Sign Up by E-mail. Please note that the Confirmation Letter of Sign Up does not mean your registration is done. Please login online registration system and fill in the registration form.

Confirmation Letter of Payment:
The Secretariat will send you the Confirmation Letter of Payment by E-mail, bearing your registration number. Please bring the confirmation letter and present it at the Registration Desk during the Conference.
 

Receipt:
After the payment submitted, please bring the confirmation letter and present it at the Registration Desk to receive your receipt during the Conference.
 
Cancelation Policy

NO REFUND will be granted after registration.
